So the best thing that you have to do is you have to reverse engineer your day.
Now that plan that comes by looking at where you're going to be when you're not home, because obviously we should be disciplined already to make food at home.
If that's a problem then that's a different conversation for you.
But if you're able to be disciplined and eat at home, then you need to find out what foods can you have.
Certain places where you're outside your home and this could be snacks, this could be food that you can microwave, this could be food that you can buy.
As a whole you should know exactly how much there will be, when you can have them, and what reason you're getting them for.
So that's probably the best way to do that.
And you will see a better results when you're able to reverse engineer your day and you have to plan it the night before or prior to the actual day to make it easier and sustainable stress free process.
