Restrict the number of carbs you eat to surround your training times at least 1 hour before and 3 hours after training.
Start your day with a high protein meal
Train with volume to keep your heart rate up, use barbells and machines and dumbbells together.
When training with cardio use full-body machines like elliptical or air bike, for low impact cardio aim for the treadmill incline level 12-15 at speed level 3-5 - or continuous cardio on the seated bike.
